18ct sapphire/diamond pendant

18ct white gold sapphire and diamond pendant with a pear shape sapphire weighing 0.86ct and 0.17ct of round, brilliant cut diamonds. The total length of the pendant (including the bale) is approx. 15mm.
It is supplied on an 16" chain as standard. Please select alternative length if required.
