What to do?

Okay everyone, give me some suggestions!

I’ve got this 18ct white gold bubble style mount and don’t know what to do with it😂 Do I ’play it safe’ with diamonds, go with a coloured stone and diamonds or be different with a rainbow of coloured stones like sapphires?
